Aerodynamics Engineer Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Aerodynamics Engineer to join our dynamic team at Edge Group. This position involves driving system engineering tasks and developing specifications for complex aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling and maintaining Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs).
  • Developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and architectural designs.
  • Coordinating technical management and performance trade-offs within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensuring specialist engineering fields are implemented in the design.
  • Developing Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in high-tech environments, preferably 15 years in aerospace.
  • Minimum 5 years (preferably 10 years) of experience as a systems engineer.
