Job Purpose:

The Senior Learning Designer develops high-quality learning experiences for faculty, healthcare professionals, and employees by identifying needs, consulting stakeholders, designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic solutions that contribute to the development of educational offerings in higher education and the healthcare sector.

  • Conducts needs analyses using appropriate instruments for mission-critical programs to shape design and development of learning experiences.
  • Designs engaging learning content including scripting, audio recording, video shooting using technology and team resources to support learning experiences.
  • Implements, monitors, and evaluates the success of learning experiences through structured feedback mechanisms.
  • Participates in delivery and facilitation of learning experiences to ensure optimized learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops policies governing educational practices within Dubai Health by conducting benchmarking exercises to ensure alignment with best practices in the field.
  • Ensures learning experiences are aligned to CAA and CPD standards and other relevant governing bodies.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience as a learning designer, instructional designer, course developer, facilitator, or teacher.
