Job Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all domestic transportation activities between American auctions and warehouses, ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations.

The role requires leading operational teams, negotiating with transport providers, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to streamline transportation operations and minimize delays.
  • Establish and implement an effective operational plan for domestic transportation between auctions and warehouses.
  • Negotiate with domestic transport providers to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor transportation activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations within the United States.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and contracting with domestic transport companies in the USA.
  • Strong knowledge of working with American auctions and ownership processing.
