About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RD Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering and sciences services team, you will play a critical role in advancing our clients' engineering and science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical methods to improve formulation chemistry processes
  • Analyze and interpret data using MS Excel, Minitab, or other statistical software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders using MS PowerPoint
Requirements
  • Ability to differentiate color nuances by eye
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and their application in formulation chemistry
  • Previous experience in screen printing applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
