Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced structural design engineer to work with us in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with expertise in structural design and a deep understanding of local regulations and submission processes required for Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Dubai Development Authority.

Our team requires an individual who can develop and design structural systems for buildings up to G+12 as per local codes and standards. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DDA regulations for structural design. They will coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders in the design process.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and designing structural systems for buildings up to G+12 as per local codes and standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DDA regulations for structural design.
  • Coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders in the design process.
  • Conducting site inspections and collaborating with construction teams to resolve design issues.
  • Preparing structural design calculations, reports, and drawings for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Submitting designs and documentation through the DM, Trakhees, and DDA portals.
  • Performing structural analysis and developing design solutions for complex engineering problems.
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry standards, codes, and best practices.
