Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality graphic design for print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and design artwork/collateral, including brochures, factsheets, EDMs, website content, motion graphics, social posts, menus, display ads, signage, screen displays, and all other marketing collateral.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with Rixos Hotels brand guidelines/standards as well as the specific brand positioning for the hotel.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the brand team and other graphic designers to conceptualize ideas and execute them accordingly.
  • Project Management: Ensure all artwork is submitted within a given deadline and support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Design Support: Provide design support to all departments with design requests and execution within a given deadline.
Requirements
  • Design Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with project management software, such as Trello.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design and hospitality software, technologies, trends, and updates.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt style and technique to align with the different properties and work at a fast pace.
  • Experience: Experience with hospitality/F&B design is preferred.
