Role Overview

The Reservation Specialist is responsible for managing guest bookings and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment a reservation is made.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes reservations by adhering to the established procedures set forth by the brand.
  • Welcomes guests with a warm and personalized approach.
  • Accurately inputs reservation details into the system.
  • Confirms reservations and manages all written correspondence effectively.
  • Thoroughly oversees the administration of reservations to facilitate smooth check-in for the front desk team.
  • Ensures timely communication of information to relevant departments and colleagues.
  • Converts inquiries into confirmed reservations promptly when opportunities arise.
  • Promotes the brand's loyalty program to guests, tailoring the sales approach to meet individual customer needs.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems in the hospitality sector and distribution tools.
  • Proficient in computer applications and internet usage.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Educational background in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
