Job Description- We are currently seeking an Inventory Controller/Data Entry for our Restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analysis of F&B stores consumption, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the Provision Master to analyze F&B stores consumption and optimize ordering processes.
- Enter all POs, invoices, inventories, and stocks received into the computer system.
- Maintain up-to-date food inventory records on a daily basis with the Provision Master.
- Conduct spot-checks on restaurant and Central Kitchen stock levels.
- Verify storing operations on the pier.
- Input requisitions into the computer system.
- Ensure no items leave the stores without authorization.
- Account for any stock transfer between onboard locations.
- Analyze physical bar stock counts and highlight discrepancies.
- Perform regular spot checks on physical inventories held in bars, food and beverage stores, galleys, and cellars.
- Monitor and control tips and bonuses for bar staff.
- Carry out other duties as requested by superiors.
- Compile physical inventory routines for each food & beverage location.
- Prepare voyage reports at the end of each cruise.
- Supervise day-to-day responsibilities detailed above.
- Ran random audits and reconciliations over the voyage.
- Implement new computer installations and control procedures.
- Resolve systems and financial control problems.
- Run end-of-day sales analysis reports.
