As a Structural Design and Installation Expert at NAFFCO FZCO, you will play a vital role in the design and installation of fire-rated steel doors, ensuring compliance with local building codes and fire safety regulations.

Responsibilities will include conducting thorough site assessments to evaluate the feasibility and requirements for fire-rated door installations. Collaboration with architects and contractors is necessary to integrate fire-rated doors into building designs while maintaining aesthetic and functional standards.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and schedules, to ensure accurate execution.

Managing project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies, is a critical aspect of this role. Coordination with suppliers and manufacturers is also required to procure high-quality fire-rated steel doors and related components.

Facilitating communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, is essential to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in structural design principles.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically in the construction and installation of fire-rated systems.

Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP or CAPM) is highly desirable to demonstrate project oversight capabilities.
