Purpose

This role plays a vital part in safeguarding Idemia's assets and interests, ensuring transparency and financial governance, providing accurate information, and advising the business to make informed decisions.

Key Missions

  1. Collaborating with Regional CFO to ensure financial transactions, systems, and procedures adhere to local regulations and Group statutory requirements.
  2. Leading financial analysis and reporting efforts, encompassing both statutory and management reporting.
  3. Supporting the development of comprehensive budgets and forecasts, leveraging tools to streamline the budgeting process.
  4. Ensuring the seamless execution of the monthly close process, guaranteeing high-quality and timely delivery across the region.
  5. Liaising with Tax functions to maintain compliance, manage audits, and uphold Transfer pricing policies.
  6. Mentoring managers to effectively interpret financial reports, craft actionable budgets, and optimize their financial oversight.
  7. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including Legal, HR, IT, Insurance, Purchasing, Strategy, Regional Finance Team, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
  8. Participating in acquisition due diligence and negotiations as needed.
  9. Facilitating transformation projects, such as ERP implementation.
