Key Responsibilities- Partner with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinate activities with the Account team.
- Act as the primary SAP BTP point of contact and drive alignment across SAP and customer resources.
- Analyze customer technical needs and execute activation plans for assigned customers.
- Provide technical advisory and guidance to implementation leaders to ensure successful adoption of SAP BTP services.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
- Strong understanding of Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world.
- Professional knowledge of cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
- Ability to understand and consult on solution architectures.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and account management skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP and externally with customers and partners.
- Continuous adaptability to unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to tailor, articulate, and clearly communicate messages relevant to each target audience.
- Understanding of SAP solutions portfolio and BTP services.
- Experience with one or more SAP Solutions, particularly S4/HANA.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the IT Industry, with a background in Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management.
- Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to try new approaches to drive scalability.
- Enjoy problem-solving to find the win for the customer in a fast-moving team-based environment.
