About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Factory Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business in Dubai. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Accountabilities- Operational Effectiveness: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Quality and Safety: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Team Performance: Lead and motivate production staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintenance and Improvement: Manage preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- A minimum of an HND or degree in a relevant field, such as food science or engineering.
- Minimum five years' experience in food production management, preferably in fresh food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles and ability to implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
