Job Role

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing the regional commercial strategy to pursue new and develop existing opportunities.
  2. Building and maintaining beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders, including retail partners.
  3. Managing sales, targets, forecasting, and inventory to ensure the success of our commercial activities.
  4. Developing and managing forecasts, as well as overseeing human resource management, incorporating recruitment and assessment of the Regional field team.
  5. Collaborating and communicating with various teams, including PR, Trade Marketing, Training, and VM, to ensure effective execution of marketing plans across the region.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the beauty and/or luxury industry.
  • Educational Background: BS/BA in business administration, finance, or a similar field minimum; MS/MA is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the beauty/makeup industry, locally, regionally, and globally.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven success in sales and/or marketing, as well as evidence of ability to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Strategic development and critical thinking skills needed to assist in setting financial targets, developing budgets, and monitoring compliance.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and any other languages is an advantage.
