Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
  • Type and distribute office correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and route mail to the appropriate recipients.
  • Order and track office supplies and forms to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Respond to phone calls and record messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding company programs, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements:
