We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Consultant with 8-10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team at Talent Pal. The successful candidate will possess a robust business insight, coupled with a solid foundation in financial analysis, exceptional attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations in the UAE, KSA, and Singapore.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Financial Analysis: Execute thorough financial evaluations to furnish management with precise financial data and strategic advice for achieving profit targets. This involves analyzing financial metrics, monitoring performance, and developing intricate financial models to aid in business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports. This includes consolidating and interpreting financial data while considering the organization's objectives and fiscal health. Deliver insights and analyses to senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Formulate financial projections and scenarios to facilitate business planning, including variance analysis and corrective action initiation.
  • Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic planning and budget formulation. This entails offering innovative alternatives and recommendations to minimize costs and enhance financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, providing financial input for business cases and capital investments.
  • Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Oversee and regulate expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Risk Management: Recognize and assess potential financial risks, proposing strategies for risk mitigation. This includes conducting business analyses on historical, current, and comparative performance, as well as developing forecasting models. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial and operational metrics. Create dashboards and reporting tools to deliver real-time insights to management.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Professional qualifications (CFA, CA, CPA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Education and Real Estate Development sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI and excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making will be crucial to your success in this role.
