**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the development and execution of city operations and itinerary management, ensuring alignment with DET's mission objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring sponsorships and strengthening stakeholder relationships to ensure consistent funding and support for DET programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with public and private stakeholders, securing their active participation in DET initiatives related to city operations and itinerary execution.

  • Coordinate the creation of communication materials, including presentations, memos, and marketing collateral, for stakeholder outreach, familiarization trips, and VIP visits.
  • Negotiate agreements with stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to DET's strategic and operational priorities.
  • Track and monitor stakeholder contributions, ensuring they meet agreed-upon objectives and deliver tangible value to DET's city operations and itinerary-based initiatives.
