Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Rides: Safely operate and maintain amusement park rides and attractions, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Passenger Safety: Monitor and inspect rides and attractions for safety, ensuring that passengers are loaded and unloaded in a safe and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions and providing assistance to ensure a positive experience.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation and upkeep of amusement park rides and attractions, maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in amusement park operations preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of safety rules and regulations pertaining to amusement parks.
