  9. Create and maintain SP3D/PDS Projects.
  10. Create Specifications, catalogues, and components to suit company/client standards.
  11. Customize seed data to meet project requirements.
  12. Coordinate the establishment of PDS design and modeling areas.
  13. Handle Interference checking and coordination with various disciplines.
  14. Create plotting and PDS Drawing Manager settings.
  15. Configure ISOGEN and PCF/IDF file generation to meet project-specific requirements.
  16. Run various types of reports during the course of the project.
  17. Set-up and manage work-sharing activities.
  18. Maintain daily backups.
  19. Implement and manage project interference detection.
  20. Guide day-to-day modeling activities.
  21. Troubleshoot and resolve SP3D/PDS related issues.
  22. Create Plant Walkthrough and animations using SmartPlant Review.
  23. Maintain SmartPlant Review schedules.
  24. Prepare project-specific procedures for SP3D/PDS.
  25. Support multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience.
  3. 3D CAD knowledge.
  4. Exposure to other software like SPPID, SP Foundation, AVEVA PDMS, E3D is preferable.
  5. Understanding of engineering workflow in an EPC environment.
  6. Good command of written and spoken English.
  7. Strong computer background (working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access, Oracle, MS SQL).
  8. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
