Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our dynamic team at EFR Motorsport. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills, be proficient in performing preventive maintenance, and ensure safe and efficient operation of automotive equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on European cars, high-performance and race vehicles.
  • Prepare and setup vehicles for motorsport events.
  • Install and upgrade performance parts, including suspension, brakes, and engine components.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure vehicles meet EFR Motorsport standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably with European and performance or motorsport vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for motorsports and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
