Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Processing: Deliver or support in the delivery of Forensic Technology projects, including data collection, processing, review, and analysis.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to assess project requirements, develop strategies, and deliver results.
  • eDiscovery Execution: Ensure that all eDiscovery projects are executed in accordance with industry best practices and relevant legal standards.
  • Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate and implement new eDiscovery tools and technologies to improve operational efficiencies and deliver better results.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with developments in eDiscovery and digital forensics, including legal and regulatory updates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model).
  • Skills: Experience managing workstreams and supporting other team members in the delivery of projects, as well as experience working with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Nuix, and others.
  • Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
