Education Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology infrastructure and cloud operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of data center management, network architecture, server and storage systems, and cloud systems.
  • Experience in large, complex organizations, preferably within the electric and gas utility sector.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics technologies is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Manual dexterity for operating computers and office equipment.

Working Conditions:

  • Participation in the organization’s Emergency Operation Plan (EOP) is required.
  • Regular hours with occasional overtime; may involve rotating shifts.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
