We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, construction, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role. They must have prior experience working as an engineering consultant in a real estate construction firm or property development firm. Experience working in a real estate agency handling leasing, property management, or property sales is a significant plus.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with engineering departments of contracting customers and Escrow account holders to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare Technical Capability Reports (TCRs) to assess contractors' technical and management capabilities
- Review project contracts, letters of award, and project cash flows to identify potential risks and opportunities
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of RERA requirements and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
