  • ICT Assembly Parts Inspection: Inspect ICT assembly parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Receiving Inspection from Hub: Conduct receiving inspections from the hub to ensure quality standards are met.
  • First Article Inspections: Perform first article inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Material Test Certificate Review: Review material test certificates to ensure compliance with purchase orders and drawing requirements.
  • Batch Inspection: Conduct batch inspections before outsourcing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • In-Process Audits: Conduct in-process audits on the shop floor to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Goods Inwards Inspection: Inspect goods inwards, including OP/OS, to ensure compliance with relevant drawings and purchase order requirements.
  • OS Receiving in JDE: Receive OS in JDE and ensure quality standards are met.
  • NCRs: Raise NCRs for in-house products and supplier products in JDE.
  • Shipping NCRs: Raise shipping NCRs for intercompany orders.
  • Finished Parts Inspection: Inspect finished parts and document inspection results.
  • QCDocumentation: Upload QCDocuments on ONBASE.
  • Pass Parts Off: Pass parts off using JDE.
  • Procedure Updates: Update procedures and specs when required.
  • Machinist Training: Train machinists on the purpose of the profile projector and inspecting thread profiles and other dimensions.
  • Thread Roll Inspection: Train machinists on the use of the mails, track for setting thread rolls for inspecting thread functional roll dimensions.
  • NCR Parts Inspection: Inspect NCR parts for assembly and suggest rework.
  • Assembly Parts Inspection: Inspect assembly parts before beginning assembly.
  • Inter-Company Parts Receiving Inspection: Conduct inter-company parts receiving inspection before getting them in stock.
  • Buyout Parts QA Documentation Review: Review QA documentation for buyout parts.
  • MPI and PT: Conduct MPI and PT as per the requirements shown in QA plans.
  • Phosphate Unit Titration: Control phosphate process as per specification requirements.
  • Shot Peening Process Review: Review and control shot peening process as per specification requirements.
  • Raw Material MTC Review: Review raw material MTC of inventory parts.
  • HSEQ Policy Compliance: Comply with NOV HSEQ Policy and Safety Procedures to avoid incidents and accidents.
  • Clean and Orderly Work Area: Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • MS Industrial Engineering and Management: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • BE Mechanical Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience
  • 5+ Years' Experience: 5+ years' experience in precision metal parts inspection.
  • Machine Shop Knowledge: Good machine shop knowledge.
  • CNC Machine Shop Experience: CNC machine shop experience.
  • LPT and MPI Certification: Level II certification in LPT and MPI.
  • Precision Measuring Instruments: Capable of using precision measuring instruments used by the Quality department.
  • Drawings and Specifications: Can read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Independent Work: Able to work independently.
