Position Overview
This role involves overseeing the recruitment process and managing a portfolio focused on Business Development and Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, promoting our services and securing recruitment assignments.
Engage with potential clients using tools like Innovantage to identify and cultivate leads.
Enhance and optimize relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
Work towards achieving preferred supplier status with clients and manage all related negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams on recruitment projects, ensuring clear communication and measurable outcomes.
Meet or exceed personal and commercial targets related to conversion rates and growth through new client acquisition.

Experience and Skills Required
A proven track record in executive or senior recruitment, either through consultancy or independently. Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and establish a business pipeline. Experience in recruitment or HR services across various industries, with a preference for specialization in one sector.
Demonstrated business acumen, industry knowledge, and networking skills to secure new business. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions confidently. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a high level of initiative and integrity.

This position operates on a commission split basis, offering significant earning potential. You will generate business while our Resourcing Team manages the placement process for you.
