We're looking for a skilled SQA Tester with extensive experience in NewGen applications. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly test NewGen applications, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Design and develop test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to grasp application workflows, features, and enhancements.
  • Identify and log defects using suitable tools, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Validate system integrations, workflows, and configurations within the NewGen platform.
  • Deliver detailed test reports and feedback to stakeholders on test progress and quality metrics.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate fixes and updates in production.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software testing, specifically in NewGen applications.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of ECM and workflow automation processes.
  • Tools: Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work abilities.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are preferred.
