The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for leading scrum teams in a banking environment, utilizing strong domain expertise and Agile experience. This role requires the ability to coach teams on Agile concepts, facilitate daily scrums, and ensure adherence to established Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, release planning, and other team activities as required
• Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining prioritized backlogs for multiple products
• Ensure planning meetings fully prepare the team for upcoming Sprints and releases
• Coaching teams on Agile concepts and ensuring continuous improvement
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules and Agile Technical Practices
• Experience working in a banking environment and with software/product releases
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues
