About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join ADNOC Schools as a Human Resources Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function across the schools, developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the school's objectives and goals.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Talent acquisition and onboarding.
  2. Performance enablement.
  3. HR operations.
  4. Employee relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or Psychology.
  • 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • Education industry experience preferable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Sound working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies in the UAE as well as a working knowledge of HAAD and Immigration requirements and processes.
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and oral (Arabic proficiency is desirable).
