We are seeking a highly skilled Structured Trade Finance Head for our client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience as a banker or fund manager with international banking expertise or investment asset management on the sell side across various client segments and geographies, including Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multimillion-dollar portfolios within top-tier financial institutions across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include sales leadership, fundraising, and portfolio risk management to achieve innovative and sustainable financing solutions that support business growth worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growth of the fund by raising capital as General Partner (GP), Limited Partner (LP), and debt.
  • Fund performance and management of gross and net yield.
  • B2B sales revenue growth for trade finance and solutions sale fund activities.
  • Collaboration with funds origination and financial structuring teams for risk-balanced portfolio achievement.
  • Development of trading strategies and portfolio construction risk management.
  • Scaling portfolio risk-taking by participating in portfolio construction and risk decisions.
