We are seeking a skilled Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi / Dubai. As a WHS Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing WHS policies and procedures, conducting regular WHS audits, investigating incidents and occupational injuries, and providing WHS training and support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement WHS Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce WHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Regular WHS Audits: Perform regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions to address these issues.
- Investigate Incidents and Occupational Injuries: Investigate incidents and occupational injuries to identify root causes and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Provide WHS Training and Support: Develop and deliver WHS training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WHS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.
