Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Associate Manager to join our team at IFFCO. As a key member of our trade marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement RTM Strategy: Work closely with the Manager Trade Marketing to develop the RTM strategy document, ensuring it aligns with the operating plan and strategy needed to achieve assigned categories' business targets.
  • Support Channel Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Head Sales – Modern Trade and Manager– Trade Marketing to develop short-term and long-term channel sales strategies for Modern Trade customers.
  • Ensure Sales Tracking and Reporting: Ensure daily issuance of sales tracking reports at category level and monthly updates of targets based on aligned forecasts to drive sales objectives at category level.
  • Customer Master Database Management: Maintain the customer master database, ensuring all relevant documents, such as trade licenses, passport copies, and credit limits, are validated before entering details in the master database.
  • Data Accuracy and Consistency: Ensure data in the customer database is accurate, consistent, and in agreement with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Customer Master Data Analysis: Create and analyze customer master data reports to study customer trends.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate with the sales team in the region, ensuring employees have appropriate training and understanding of MIS for accuracy of the customer master database.
  • Annual RTM Document Update: Ensure annual updation of the RTM document.
  • Field Capability Score (FCS) Management: Maintain a high FCS by ensuring effectiveness of various field activities and provide suitable training to sales representatives to increase the score.
  • FCS Across Assigned Markets: Drive FCS across assigned markets through daily issuance of FCS Tracker and organize monthly review sessions with sales team to track performance on an ongoing basis.
  • On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and Reporting: Ensure on-shelf availability (OSA) and issue and track reports for GT and MT at the category level.
  • Effective Coverage Targets: Ensure effective coverage targets are met at a regional level, confirm that all retailers in the region are being catered to, track reports, and present the same to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support for Promotional Displays: Support Manager – Trade Marketing in the development and production of promotional displays and point of promotion across channels.
