At Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Technology Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth of Construction Industry technology portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and customers to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales roles with sales objectives/metrics/goals to be accountable for.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in developing sales of a new product portfolio.
  • Knowledge of Arabic. Living/working experience across Africa/Middle East Region.
  • Experience interacting with dealers and customers, ideally involving construction technology products.
