  • Coordinate site supervision activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards;
  • Review and approve submittals, identifying deviations from contractual obligations when necessary;
  • Report daily to the Senior Site Architect on site activities and progress;
  • Assist in the final acceptance process, ensuring all contracts are closed out satisfactorily;
  • Collaborate with the site team to guarantee contractual obligations are met;
  • Provide clear instructions to contractors to prevent errors and abortive works;
  • Prepare snag lists and follow up on remedial works until satisfactory completion.
