About the Role

At Technip Energies Abu Dhabi, we are seeking an experienced Senior Piping Materials Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review piping specifications, classes, and requisitions for bulk and specialty items.
  • Perform complex piping design calculations, including pipe wall thickness and branch reinforcement.
  • Review and implement client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Evaluate technical bids, discuss with clients and vendors, and prepare bid tabulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers and designers to establish technical and material-related details.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior position specializing in piping materials.
  • Proven expertise in ASME B31.3, ASME, ASTM, BS, NACE, and ISO codes and standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MTO concepts and piping material management systems.

We offer a competitive salary range: AED 250,000 - AED 350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
