Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced PMC Lead Contracts Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering client contracts, including project-specific contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of contract strategies to ensure the balance of risk is appropriate for the associated services and remuneration mode.
  2. Provide guidance to the assigned business(es) on client contracting and negotiation strategies and terms and conditions.
  3. Engage with other functions to identify strategies to avoid/mitigate risks associated with contract terms and Contracting Policy deviations.
  4. Review proposed contract qualifications with other functions to ensure the balance of risk is appropriate for the associated services and remuneration mode.
  5. Manage, support, and deliver client contracts, including project-specific contracts and MSAs.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering is a pre-requisite for the role.
  2. Minimum 15 years in the oil and gas industry.
  3. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for offshore EPC oil & gas projects.
  4. Must have offshore cables experience in the same role.
