Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager - Public Affairs to join our team at DUBAI PROPERTIES GROUP LLC. This role is responsible for managing stakeholder engagement projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the organization's long-term success.

About the Role
  • This position requires a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing key stakeholders across various groups, proactively addressing their concerns, and developing compelling presentations and communications to engage them.
  • This role involves facilitating open communication channels, addressing stakeholder concerns effectively, and mitigating potential risks to maintain positive relationships and build trust.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage stakeholder engagement projects, ensuring timely completion, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive stakeholder database for effective communication and relationship management.
  3. Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a professional and accurate voice.
  4. Prepare insightful reports on stakeholder engagement activities, including key insights and recommendations, for the CEO and senior leadership.
  5. Organize and maintain an accurate database and filing system to store departmental files and documents in a confidential manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations Management, Office Management, or related field.
  • Min 4-6 years' experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Office – full suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Arabic).
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders from various backgrounds and at different levels.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
