Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Formation and Registered Agent Services: Perform company formation and registered agent duties for mainland free zone and offshore companies, ensuring compliance with relevant UAE laws and regulations.
  • Return Submissions: Ensure adequate and accurate submission of all Returns (such as Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR) for the company and its clients.
  • Statutory Filings: Facilitate all statutory filings and liaise with authorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Corporate Documents: Assist in minutes and resolutions drafting and other corporate documents, ensuring compliance with relevant UAE laws and regulations.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a key liaison with clients, auditors, local authorities, banks, and other stakeholders, building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the company's brand value proposition and service offerings to potential clients and partners.
  • Client Proposals: Prepare client proposals and marketing materials, highlighting the company's unique value proposition.
  • Expansion Strategy: Assist the Executive team in implementing its expansion strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Company Secretarial, Accounting, or any other relevant field.
  • Professional Certifications: ICSA or ACCA/ACA qualifications or qualified by relevant experience will be an advantage.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French. Any other language is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of UAE laws and regulations and local procedures.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Experience in Graphic Design and AI tools is an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Candidate must be a UAE resident.
  • Candidate not currently a UAE resident must possess prior working experience in the UAE and be willing to relocate.
