Key Responsibilities:

As a Beauty Therapist at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Core Functions:

  • Compliance and Safety: Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies, as well as standard operating procedures.
  • Code of Conduct: Comply with the MOHG Code of Conduct, ensuring all business activities and decisions adhere to general law, rules, regulations, and requirements.
  • Learning and Development: Support and participate in all learning and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Quality and Standards: Consistently adhere to standards of LQE, MOQA, and Forbes to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Data Protection: Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality of guest, customer, and colleague data.
  • Network and Internet Use: Use hotel network, computers, and internet access responsibly and in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Safe, Sound, and Sustainable: Support and adhere to policies and procedures related to sustainability at Mandarin Oriental.
  • Social Media Policy: Comply with the MOHG Social Media Policy, being responsible for content published on social media platforms.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and discrimination, promoting equality and respect for all guests and colleagues.
  • Hotel Ambassador: Act as a hotel ambassador at all times, representing the brand and values of Mandarin Oriental.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as requested by management, related to hotel operational activities.
  • Spa Treatments: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) taught by Spa Treatments Manager and maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area.
