Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct time-motion analysis to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and reports to stakeholders, providing solutions to address identified gaps and enhance process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process KPI reports, tracking progress and updating trackers/master sheets.
  • Design, implement, and manage new business/functions workflows using the DFSS approach.
  • Lead new projects single-handedly, ensuring 100% visibility to key stakeholders and guiding/ managing team members on their respective projects.

Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (at least green belt)
  • Ability to work in a matrix management environment

About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role that involves guiding/ managing team members on their respective projects. Project timelines and delivery quality will be the main KPI.
