Job Title: Head Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Service Team at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department: Ensure that all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest standards.
2. Maximize guest satisfaction and comfort: Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
3. Take ownership of duties and tasks: Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner, meeting departmental plans and objectives.
4. Collaborate with the team: Work closely with colleagues to control costs and inventory, achieve productivity and performance levels, and promote the company culture and values.
5. Ensure compliance and adherence: Ensure that all legislation and due diligence requirements are met, and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Food & Beverage service: While not essential, experience in this field is beneficial.
2. Hands-on approach: Demonstrate a can-do work style and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
3. Passion for hospitality: Show a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
4. Creative problem-solving: Demonstrate the ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.

6. IT system experience: Have experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
