Position Overview:
The Energy Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) is tasked with managing various facets of asset upkeep within engineering consultancy projects. This role encompasses the administration of project technical documentation, development of asset registers, implementation of CMMS templates, and strategic workload planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Documentation Management:
    Oversee project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Asset Register Development:
    Create and maintain comprehensive asset registers, accurately recording essential asset information.
  • CMMS Template Development:
    Design and customize Computerized Maintenance Management System templates tailored to project specifications.
  • Maintenance Planning:
    Formulate detailed maintenance plans aligned with operational requirements and project timelines.
  • Software Utilization:
    Employ mechanical handling software such as AutoCAD and SmartPlant for efficient asset maintenance operations.
  • Overall Task Responsibility:
    Assume accountability for all assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of five years of experience in asset maintenance management, preferably within an engineering consultancy context. Proficiency in mechanical handling software and MS Office is essential, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.
