Job Summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our network security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and other security-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of networking hardware and circuits, providing network services support to application developers, end users, and other operational personnel.
  • Collaborate with other network teams to ensure the implementation of security best practices and provide guidance on security-related matters.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of datacenter firewalls, performing network and security hardware and software maintenance.
  • Ensure that standards are maintained for firewalls and other network edge device version updates and patches.
  • Interface with vendors and partners to ensure security is maintained and integrated into all network activities.
  • Produce and interpret network security analysis reports.
  • Provide 4th-level escalation support for network outages and application troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Cisco and Checkpoint firewalls and IPS management
  • Endpoint security management
  • Cisco switches and routers
  • Knowledge of PAM, EDR, Proxy Management solution, NDR, Zscaler, CASBE, NAC, and DLP solutions
  • Traffic monitoring and analytics, including packet capture analysis with Wireshark and Splunk
  • Security incident monitoring and response
