Are you prepared to be part of a vibrant team where your primary responsibility will be to execute a variety of financial tasks to guarantee the precision and effectiveness of our financial documentation? Here’s what the position involves:

  • Input and assess financial data within the system, categorizing the information accordingly.
  • Implement billing entries into the financial management system.
  • Perform physical inventory assessments.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records.
  • Document bank deposits accurately.
  • Generate debit and credit notes as necessary.
  • Examine and dispatch invoices to suppliers.
  • Oversee cash registers for sales personnel.
  • Engage with clients regarding outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Confirm daily cash sales deposits and collections.
Qualifications
  • Education: Technician or Diploma in Accounting or currently pursuing advanced studies in Accounting.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is a plus.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
