  1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
  • Creation and modification of maintenance plans in Oracle Enterprise Assets Management (EAM)
  • Preparation of load sheets for data transport and manual loading of maintenance plans
  • Setting initial scheduling dates and balancing manpower in consultation with the Planning and Scheduling Team Leads
Asset Register Management
  • Maintenance of Asset Register data for all Onshore assets
  • Accountability for accuracy of linking of the plant hierarchy from plant, area, functional location, equipment, Bill of Materials, classification data, and catalogue profile assignment
Engineering Change Approval Process
  • Work with Project Engineers through the Engineering Change Approval Form (ECAF) process to assign new tags for equipment from piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Installation of new functional locations, equipment, and Bill of Materials in Oracle and assignment of cost centers in conjunction with Finance
Set Points Registers and Bill of Materials
  • Maintenance and publication of all Set Points Registers in Oracle
  • Update of Set Points database based on requests received through approved Maintenance Change Requests
  • Update of Bill of Materials linked to Planned Preventative Maintenance in Oracle whenever an approved request is received from Onshore through the Management of Change Request system
Maintenance Activities and Work Order Deferment
  • Creation and linking of new Maintenance Activities with appropriate Asset Tags in Oracle
  • Interaction with Finance Team for assigning Work in Process (WIP) codes for Maintenance Activities
  • Administration of Oracle-based Work Order Deferment System and distribution of regular updates to the appropriate disciplines
Support to Onshore Planning Teams
  • Providing support to onshore planning teams in the use of the Asset Register and Planned Maintenance system
Requirements
  • High National Certificate or Diploma (HNC or HND) or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience with an Oil and Gas operating company in the Maintenance Department
  • 5+ years of CMMS experience, preferably Oracle Enterprise Assets Management (EAM)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and their associated systems, for both rotating and static used in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Working knowledge of international codes and standards
  • Understanding of technical drawings (P&IDs, SLDs, Layouts)
  • Understanding of Equipment Criticality Assessment, Safety Critical Equipment (SCE), and Performance Standards
  • Understanding of Maintenance Strategies development and implementation
  • Experience with process optimization and improvement
Competencies and Skills
  • Good understanding of Risk, Criticality, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Continuous Improvement Processes
  • Good understanding of Maintenance Change Request
  • Strong command of the English language - oral and written communications, and effective interpersonal skills
