Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Emirates Flight Catering. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for controlling daily operational activities of the Flight Operations, supervising the workforce, and coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Ensure supervision of assigned staff by training, motivating, and counselling to achieve objectives agreed upon.
- Catering Uplift Coordination: Liaise with airline representatives in relation to catering uplift, pax figures, and additional services requested on a flight-to-flight basis.
- Loading/Offloading Procedures: Ensure that loading/offloading procedures are followed as per laid down policies of the airlines, company, and airport security.
- Spot-Checks: Carry out spot-checks at operations sections and on the ramp to ensure food and equipment are provided as per airline standards on schedule.
- Checklists and Documents: Check all checklists and relevant documents to ensure they are completed and signed by concerned parties before forwarding to Accounts Department.
- Education Qualification: Diploma or equivalent qualification (Must have)
- Work Experience: 5 years of experience in Flight Operations, Food Packing, or Logistics function preferably in Airline Catering Industry and/or Food Industry
- Skills: Strong written, verbal, and communication skills, ability to set priorities, assign work, maintain records, and prepare reports
