We're seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our products in local representative countries. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including distributors and local representatives, to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.

  • The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Commercial Lead LR MEA.
  • This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and tactics to optimize sales and market shares.
  • The individual will analyze trends, threats, and opportunities in the marketplace and translate these insights into business implications.
  • This position has a key role in the business strategy and overall financial success of the Local Representative MEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual brand planning to optimize sales, market shares, and forecasting analysis.
  • Work with Access Team & Local Representative to ensure favorable pricing and reimbursement situations.
  • Exhibit a best-in-class level of disease, product, and indication knowledge, including competitor products.
  • Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to create a positive impact and change to attainment of business objectives and targets.
  • Interact and build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.
