Are you an experienced computational fluid dynamics engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an expert in Ansys simulation tools to join our team at Fluid Codes.

This role involves providing technical support and training to customers in the Middle East region, using Ansys CFD applications to solve complex problems and improve customer productivity.

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers through email and telephone
  • Prepare and deliver basic and advanced training sessions for new and existing customers
  • Develop technical support repositories to enhance customer efficiency
  • Create elegant solutions to complex problems by working across various teams and understanding customer needs
  • Lead and assist in coordinating and executing technical activities throughout the sales opportunity, including customer meetings and product presentations
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of a customer's current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers
  • Work collaboratively with customers to ensure their successful use of ANSYS products, sustain renewals revenue stream, and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses
Required Education and Experience
  • MSc/PhD in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical/Civil, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Chemical, Environmental)
  • Strong background in fluid mechanics, heat transfer fundamentals, and expertise in CFD analysis and general numerical methods
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solving CFD applications, with at least 3 years using Ansys tools
