Job Title: Junior Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Mixologist to join our team at JUMEIRAH. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of service quality, ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in the training and development of colleagues, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our beverage offerings, including preparation methods and presentation techniques.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff absences and ensure that all colleagues are aware of company attendance procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with licensing regulations and F&B procedures.
  • Administration: Complete all necessary administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures.
