Job Description
This role involves high levels of research, implementing tactical and integrated communication plans in response to client briefs; working with media, influencers, partner agencies, and event managers to give our clients the recognition they deserve.
- Liaising with regional and international media in the context of corporate, government, and thought leadership – both traditional and digital – to secure earned-first brand awareness for clients.
- Drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and pitches to secure positive media coverage.
- Writing and editing various content, including press releases, articles, speeches, Q&A documents, newsletters, social media posts, and briefing materials, ensuring all content aligns with client messaging and brand tone of voice.
- Supporting the management of social media campaigns and producing a cadence of written content and collaborating with our studio on social design and video.
- Executing communications plans to support event and exhibition management.
- Researching and reporting on industry issues, trends, and opportunities respective to our client portfolio.
- Project managing and tracking client deliverables – Includes managing timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Managing the account reporting process, including measurement and evaluation.
- Providing responsive client communication and consultancy.
- Contribution to the agency's operational effectiveness, its marketing, and business development.
