We are looking for a Logistics and Laundry Coordinator to join our team at SmartStay. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, maintaining stock levels, and overseeing laundry operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in logistics, laundry operations, or a related field. They will be responsible for managing the inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and other stock items, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely orders to avoid shortages.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and other stock items.
  • Maintain storage areas, ensuring all supplies and materials are properly categorized, labeled, and stored for easy access.
  • Oversee handover of dirty laundry to outsourced laundry company and receipt of clean laundry.
  • Inspect received linens to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Operate washing machines for in-house cleaning of housekeeping dusters.
  • Stock up housekeeping van with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Drive housekeeping van, transporting laundry and supplies between locations.
  • Collaborate closely with operational team to align inventory and laundry needs with housekeeping schedules and requirements.

Essential Skills :

  • Proven experience in logistics, laundry operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage inventory systems and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
