Responsibilities:
  • Sustainability Leadership: Develop and implement sustainable practices, ensuring effective execution of Tree of Life initiatives and tracking sustainability performance.
  • Brand Quality: Monitor brand signatures in hotel operations, ensuring physical brand compliance in all guest touchpoints and collaborating with Marketing for on-brand promotional materials.
  • CX Strategy: Develop and execute signature activities and events focused on customer engagement and satisfaction, driving revenue through innovative CX experiences and collaborating with division heads to enhance service quality.

Performance Metrics:
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Dusit's signature standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in hotel operations or relevant equivalent field.
  • Knowledgeable in hotel operations, with good English communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
